Chicken with green pea and rice




INGREDIENTS

20 g butter and some olive oil
1 chicken breast (double) or 4 thigh fillets
salt, freshly ground pepper
1 bunch of parsley
5 dkg flour (approx.)
15dkg green peas
300ml water
rice for 3 people

METHOD

1. Prepare the rice. (I think you know how)
2. Chop the meat into bites. Season it with salt, pepper and roll into flour.
3. Melt the butter in the pan and when it is hot, fry the meat pieces until they got light golden brown. Add the peas and water and cook until the sauce is thickened.
