Chicken Wings





1 ½ kg chicken wings

For the spicy glaze:
300 ml ketchup
2 cloves pressed/minced garlic
50 ml beer
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce/flakes (optional)
salt

for the dip:
150 g blue cheese (Danish blue)
100 ml cream
100 ml sour cream

1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C (8 on the gas oven) 
2. mix all the ingredients for the spicy glaze while it heats up.
3. Cut the chicken wings in half at their joints, rub them in with salt and dip them one by one in the spicy sauce. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 
4. Bake them for about 45-60 minutes until they look a bit burnt and crispy.
5. Meanwhile prepare the dip: Incorporate the ingredients with a blender/mixer and that’s it!

Serve with bread or baguette. Enjoy!
