Tray bake with sausage, broccoli and ras el hanout
1 kg potato
4 medium onions
500 g broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons ras el hanout
6 (pork) sausages
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Cut the unpeeled potatoes lengthwise into wedges about 2 cm thick. (If you want to make it more fancy, use peeled small potatoes like me). Peel the onions and quarter them. Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the stalk of the broccoli into 2 cm pieces.
3. Spread the potatoes and onion and broccoli on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and ras el hanout. Mix well and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes then add the sausage for another 10 min. or when it gets golden brown.
