Grilled Feta recipe from Greece
INGREDIENTS/person
1 slice of feta
1 small red onion
3 cherry tomatoes
1 big pinch of oregano
chilli pepper of chilli flakes according to your taste
olive oil
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
2. Take double sheets of aluminium foil (just to avoid leaking) sprinkle the top sheet with olive oil and place your feta in the middle! Sprinkle with oregano, chilli pepper, onion slices and tomato quarters. The feta is salty enough, no additional seasoning is needed. You can sprinkle it with olive oil once again. Curl the sides of the foil to form a tray. Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it gets brown and burnt a bit.
